1.1. 下载Window版本

https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/installer/

1.2. 初始化

mysqld --initialize --console

1.3. 启动Mysql服务

mysqld --console

1.4. 连接并修改root密码

新开一个CMD窗口

mysql -u root -p
Enter password: fAWsp0s0mH=d（第2步中生成了一个临时的密码fAWsp0s0mH=d）

alter user ‘root‘@‘localhost‘ identified with mysql_native_password by ‘new Password‘;

1.5. 断开并重新连接

mysql> quitBye

使用新设置的密码，可以正常访问连上
